Refund policy

 

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase or if the product is defective/damaged, you can request a return or refund under the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  2. Include your order number and product details.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and address.

Refund Policy:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible items will be refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged/defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Notify us within 2-3 days of delivery if the product is damaged or defective.

  • You will receive a replacement or full refund in such cases.
